My favorate Movie...Fast and Furious...2009

Fast and Furious 2009

I'm a fan of this movie i enjoy the series and all the cars they are using, also this two Hollywood actor are good Vin Diesel and Paul Walker...

Cars that used on Fast and Furious 2009

2008 Subaru Impreza WRX STi

Another refugee from the impound yard. What the WRX STi lacks in the looks department (someone here said it looks like a minivan), it makes up for in speed and handling. The STi is the street legal version of Subaru's series of World Rally champion cars, and like the Mitsubishi Evos, was made more popular by the Gran Turismo game series.

1987 Buick gnx

Dom and Letty use this car in the opening scenes of Fast & Furious, as they've gone back to hijacking trucks on the move. The Buick GNX was a hot rod version of the sleepy Buick Regal, and was claimed as the fastest production car ever built at the time. The all black appearance of the car also earned it the nickname "the Darth Vader car."

Don't miss to watch this movie!!!

Tips how to prepare on SUMMER...

Day Wear
  1. Start with a cute shirt that fits you well and looks good on you. (Avoid shirts with print across the chest, not flattering)
  2. For bottoms, go with dark wash jeans or dark wash bermudas. (Yes, you can wear them!) However, if you have short legs, avoid bermudas and capris. Capris can work, but make sure they don't look like hi-waters. Plaid bermudas can work too, as well as jean or light colored skirts.
  3. Flip flops, sandals, or gladiators work for shoes. (Just make sure they're appropriate for the occasion.)
  4. Your purse does not have to match, but make sure it doesn't clash. Neutrals like white, beige, brown and black work well.
  5. Evening/Night Wear
  6. Again, start with a cute top. Glam it up this time around. Maybe a brighter color or a little sparkle. (Just make sure you don't look like a 6 year-old playing dress-up.)
  7. A cute mini or a pair of skinny jeans are great for simple evening wear. If you are not comfortable in either, wear a pair of great trouser styled dark wash jeans. The dark wash will make you look thinner.
  8. Depending on where you are going, you can wear a nicer pair of sandals or heels. Gladiator sandals work great for a night out.
  9. Fancy Summer Wear
  10. When it comes to being fancy during the summer, don't try too hard. Simple is best.
  11. Look for dresses in cotton, jersey, or linen. Silky fabrics are not a good idea, as they will stick to your skin. (Even if you don't sweat.)
  12. Bring along a cardigan or bolero that coordinates with your outfit, just in case it gets cold.
  13. Cute espadrilles or heels work well. So do some flats. Look for something comfortable but still glamorous. Make sure you don't wear anything painful.
  14. A clutch can be your best friend during the summer. Usually, they're not too expensive, so you can purchase a myriad of colorful clutches.
Things you need:
  • cute tops
  • jeans
  • a mini
  • shorts
  • capris
  • a basic colored dress
  • a fabulous bag
  • flip-flops
  • sandals
  • heels
  • great sunglasses
  • great posture
  • an AWESOME smile
  • CONFIDENCE!!!
But the most important is your comfortable of what you are wearing...just be your self...

All about "HEAT STROKE"

What is heat stroke?

Heat stroke is a form of hyperthermia, an abnormally elevated body temperature with accompanying physical and neurological symptoms. Unlike heat cramps and heat exhaustion, two forms of hyperthermia that are less severe, heat stroke is a true medical emergency that can be fatal if not properly and promptly treated.

The body normally generates heat as a result of metabolism, and is usually able to dissipate the heat by either radiation of heat through the skin or by evaporation of sweat. However, in extreme heat, high humidity, or vigorous exertion under the sun, the body may not be able to dissipate the heat and the body temperature rises, sometimes up to 106°F (41.1°C) or higher. Another cause of heat stroke is dehydration. A dehydrated person may not be able to sweat fast enough to dissipate heat, which causes the body temperature to rise.

Those most susceptible to heart strokes include:

  • infants,

  • the elderly (often with associated heart diseases, lung diseases, kidney diseases, or who are taking medications that make them vulnerable to heat strokes),

  • athletes, and

  • outdoor workers physically exerting themselves under the sun.

What are heat stroke symptoms?

Symptoms of heat stroke can sometimes mimic those of heart attack or other conditions. Sometimes a person experiences symptoms of heat exhaustion before progressing to heat strokes.

Symptoms of heat exhaustion include:

However, some individuals can develop symptoms of heat stroke suddenly and rapidly without warning.

Different people may have different symptoms and signs of heat stroke. But common symptoms and signs of heat stroke include:

  • high body temperature

  • the absence of sweating, with hot red or flushed dry skin

  • rapid pulse

  • difficulty breathing

  • strange behavior

  • hallucinations

  • confusion

  • agitation

  • disorientation

  • seizure

  • coma

How do you treat a heat stroke victim?

Victims of heat stroke must receive immediate treatment to avoid permanent organ damage. First and foremost, cool the victim.

  • Get the victim to a shady area, remove clothing, apply cool or tepid water to the skin (for example you may spray the victim with cool water from a garden hose), fan the victim to promote sweating and evaporation, and place ice packs under armpits and groins.

  • Monitor body temperature with a thermometer and continue cooling efforts until the body temperature drops to 101-102°F (38.3-38.8°C).

  • Always notify emergency services (911) immediately. If their arrival is delayed, they can give you further instructions for treatment of the victim.

How can heat stroke be prevented?

  • The most important measures to prevent heat strokes are to avoid becoming dehydrated and to avoid vigorous physical activities in hot and humid weather.

  • If you have to perform physical activities in hot weather, drink plenty of fluids (such as water and sports drinks), but avoid alcohol, caffeine, and tea which may lead to dehydration.

  • Your body will need replenishment of electrolytes (such as sodium) as well as fluids if you sweat excessively or perform vigorous activity in the sunlight for prolonged periods.

  • Take frequent breaks to hydrate yourself. Wear hats and light-colored, lightweight, loose clothes.
